2Cupflour
1Tablespoonbaking powder
1⁄2Teaspoonbaking soda
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
2 eggs
1⁄2Cupsugar
1 1⁄2Cupmilk
1Cupsour cream
1⁄2Cupcooking oil
Instructions

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Next, blend in a separate bowl the eggs, sugar, milk, sour cream, and cooking oil.

Then gently fold the liquid ingredients into the dry to blend.  Be careful not to over-beat.  Drop spoonfuls onto a very hot griddle.

Notes

Try adding fresh or frozen blueberries, sliced bananas, or chopped walnuts or pecans.  Sift confectioners’ sugar over the top and always use warm maple syrup!

This is a crowd pleaser and very satisfying breakfast.
