Ingredients
3 banana (2 fresh, 1 frozen)
3⁄4Cupyogurt (any flavor you like)
2 ice cubes
2 1⁄2Cupjuice (orange, apple, or any flavor you like)
1⁄2Cupberries (fresh or frozen of any kind)
Instructions

Put ice cubes and frozen fruit in blender.

Add fresh bananas, berries, and yogurt.  

Add juice.  Recipe calls for 2 cups, but add more as needed.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

This drink is a delicious and very healthy way to start the day.
