Fruit Smoothie

3 | banana (2 fresh, 1 frozen) | |
3⁄4 | Cup | yogurt (any flavor you like) |
2 | ice cubes | |
2 1⁄2 | Cup | juice (orange, apple, or any flavor you like) |
1⁄2 | Cup | berries (fresh or frozen of any kind) |
Put ice cubes and frozen fruit in blender.
Add fresh bananas, berries, and yogurt.
Add juice. Recipe calls for 2 cups, but add more as needed.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
This drink is a delicious and very healthy way to start the day.
