3 eggs
1Cupmilk
1Cupflour
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
Instructions

Grease a 12 cup muffin tin and put it in the refrigerator while you mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.  The batter is supposed to be lumpy.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin cups, each one about half full.

Put the pan in a cold oven, turning it on to 450 degrees and bake without opening the oven door for 30 minutes.

My brother Aaron and I used to make these as an after school snack. Eat them with honey, jam, or just on their own.
